the all-nighter


This weekend had all the makings of summer, beautiful sunny skies & eighty degree weather. I just could not pass up the opportunity to relax by the pool with friends. Unfortunately, I procrastinated a little too hard & now have to spend the evening in the library cramming. I am not a fan of the all-nighter for many reasons, but sometimes it must be done.

Here are is what I packed to make things a little easier.

  • cardigan - the library is always freezing


  • headphones - a must

  • detox water - a few slices of lime, lemon, & cucumber 

  • snacks - grapes & Cliff bar

  • lip balm - can't live without this stuff 


  • 8Tracks study playlist - instrumental electronic


I will be studying in 90 minute blocks, with 15 minute breaks. Studies show that is the most efficient way of maximizing your time while working.
